Qualification : BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (CSE/ECE/IT/EEE) / MCA / M.Sc (IT & CS) with minimum 70%


Key skills :

• C/C++,Python,Django,Oracle, MYSQL, Java,JSP,Java Script,Framework (JQuery, etc), J2EE.
• All positions will require good aptitude and Math scores in the screening process.

Experience : 1 – 4 years

All openings are immediate and are based in Chennai, India

SEO Analyst(1 – 3 years)
Job requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of SEO/Link Building
• Ability to analyze, show the competitive keyword ranking on Major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN
• Should have knowledge of On/Off Page optimization, Dynamic page optimization, PPC, Google Adwords
• Flair for writing / documentation / reporting
• Excellent written communication skills

Project Manager( 2+ years similar work experience in MNCs (in IT, KPOs))
Job requirements:

• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Plan and prioritize daily workload across several teams : analytics, software, marketing etc. taking cognizance of the interdependencies.
• Tracking and following up on tasks with teams which have independent team leaders
• Ensure that progress status for all tasks is communicated to relevant Leads at the end of day

Copy Writer(1-3 years):
Job requirement :

• Experience in a creative role in a web marketing firm or a digital advertising agency
• A consistent creative streak & the ability to develop written or visually communicable ideas for web pages, web campaigns, banners, newsletters, viral campaigns etc
• Writing copy & messages for web pages, web campaigns, banners, newsletters, viral campaigns etc
• A flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet
• A flawless command over written and spoken English

System Administrator – Linux( 1.5 to 4 years of RHEL (RedHat Enterprise Linux) and/or troubleshooting experience.)
Job requirements:

• PC hardware troubleshooting.
• Linux – RHEL/CentOS.
• Application and database server software management and tuning experience preferably Apache/Tomcat(jk) with MySQL.
• Linux troubleshooting including crash dump analysis.
• Networking knowledge in the areas of LAN topology, TCP/IP, routers, firewalls.

Software Engineer – (UI Development Python & Django)(1 to 3 years)
Job requirements :

• Working knowledge of Python essential
• Experience with dynamic web page development, including CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and RIA technologies
• Knowledge of Django/Pylon would be better, but can also work with and understand other Java/PHP techstacks

Database (MySQL) developer and administrator( 2 to 4 years )
Job requirements :

• Experience with best practices in data modeling and design (schema design, normalization, etc)
• Experience with MySQL administration and SQL optimization and tuning – know how to manage a 500GB or a 1Tb database.
• Knowledge of replication and clustering would be beneficial.
• Experience with any open source or commercial Business Intelligence tool (e.g. Jasper, BIRT, Pentaho, MS Reporting Services, Cognos, Business Objects, etc)
• Experience with OLAP cubes, drill-down reports, ad-hoc reports, and user selectable parameterized reports.
