We need innovative, highly driven, and result-oriented candidates for the roles of Lead, Deputy Manager and Manager – Quality. The job requirements are as follow:
Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Noida/Gurgaon
Total Experience: 5–12 years
Job Specification:
- Should have hands-on experience on CMMi, either v1.1 or v1.2
- Should be aware of ISO 9000:2000 or ISO 9000:2008 standards
- Should have facilitated projects for CMMi or ISO 9000
- Should have audited projects for compliance with CMMi or ISO 9000 (should have at least cleared Internal Auditor Program for ISO 9000)
- Should be able to promote a Quality-driven culture within the organization
- Should be comfortable with training project members, CCs, PQAs, DPAs, PM/PLs on areas like HCL Quality systems, CAR, DAR, RSKM, PPQA, DPA, estimation techniques, various CMMi models, high-maturity practices, statistical techniques, etc.
- Should be driving process implementation for the set of projects/engagements for CMMi v1.2 L5 (DEV/SVC)/ISO 9001/ISO 20000
- ITSM knowledge will be an added advantage
- Would be required to periodically identify process requirements of project groups after discussions with all stakeholders, and coordinate process definition, implementation and process improvements with required customizations
- Should be able to identify and implement Value-Adds/PIs through DMAIC/LEAN SS methodologies
- Would facilitate projects by resolving issues related to Quality and ensure good process adaption through various audits and support
- Possessing CISA, CISIP, LA certification is preferred for Information Security Profile (INFOSEC) with ISMS experience
- Should possess basic/advanced statistical management skills
- Should be able to lead domain-specific process definition group and define framework for process compliance
